Product Description

Aluminum-titanium intermediate alloy AlTi10

Features:

· This product is an Al-Ti intermediate alloy containing 15% titanium, used for titanium element in aluminum alloy smelting

Grain addition or grain refinement, low adding temperature, less titanium loss.

· This product generates a large number of dispersed TiAl3 high melting point particles in liquid aluminum. When solidifying, they act as foreign crystal nuclei to refine the grain structure, thus improving the strength of aluminum or cast products and the performance of plastics and comprehensive mechanism.

Usage:

· Bake and dry before use;

· Adding temperature: 720ºC ~ 760ºC;

· The amount of this product: according to the actual calculation and test to determine;

· Adding method: Heat up to the required temperature, remove the scum, gently put the product into the liquid aluminum, stir well, stand for 20 to 30 minutes, stir well before pouring.

· This product is made of white massive metal, each of which is about 9, and the outer packing is made of plastic woven bags, each of which is about 26/ bag.

Storage: Store in ventilated and dry place, away from moisture.
